What About the Weekend Immersions?

🤗 We are very excited to have you join us for a weekend immersion retreat!

🌄 Central Oregon is a beautiful and special place. If possible, give yourself extra time before/after the immersion to enjoy the incredible nature, mountains, rivers, and various activities that are available here.

In-Person Practical Details: 

Location: Journey Ranch, Madras Oregon (detailed directions will be sent to you). It is about 1 hour north of Bend, Oregon

✈️ Airport:

Closest is RDM (Redmond Oregon, approximately 30 minutes from Bend and 30 minutes from the Journey Ranch).

PDX, Portland's airport is only 2 hours from the ranch. 

💒 Lodging:

Bunkhouse Hotel, Madras OR. About 10 minutes from Ranch

Lake Simtustus Resort, near Madras, Tiny Houses, RV's, and RV spaces. About 30 minutes from Ranch

The Inn at Cross Keys Station, Madras OR. About 10 minutes from Ranch

Check Airbnb for other options. There is lots of lodging in Bend, Or, about 1 hour south of the Ranch

🍲 Food:

At the Friday Night Social, we provide a full vegetarian meal. When you book your time, you will fill out a form that gives you an opportunity to let us know of any dietary restrictions or special needs you may have.

During the weekend immersion, we'll have an assortment of snacks, tea, and water during the event.

You are responsible for your major meals (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) Saturday and Sunday. 

🌤️ Weather:

We are located in a high desert region, so we can have a wide array of weather; be prepared for anything. We schedule our immersions during the best times of year, but you'll still want to be prepared for heat, rain, cold, sun, wind, etc.!

☀️ During warmer times, our circle discussions and arena are shaded, however you should bring a sunhat and sunscreen because we may do activities that are not in the shade as well. Generally, be prepared for the heat, BUT be prepared for cool nights, thunderstorms and rain, and wind as well!

❄️ During cooler times, we have a heated meeting room for discussions, and the arena is covered but open on all sides. Layers, warm socks, hat, and gloves are your best friend during cooler temperatures. 

👉🏼 When it comes to weather, anything is possible in Central Oregon!
