Horses are non verbal prey animals, they sense nervous system cues from their herd mates (and YOU)

 

High anxiety in us =  A cougar lurking to our horse

 

Horse’s like to be calm and zen like, it’s their essential nature

 

In this state, their own hearts do something special

 

Science calls it Heart Coherence.  I call it a ‘Horsefield’ LOL

 

My teenagers would say, ‘Horses be vibing like that’

 

Winston Churchill said: “There is something about the outside of a horse that is good for the inside of a man.” 

 

Your choices: enter an anxiety spiral, or swim in a bliss ocean with your horse….

Light pressure, and go SLOW

 

Watch your horses face with soft eyes, when your horse blinks, stop and hold the area

Wait for it….. A big yawn, maybe an eye rolling back, maybe a head shake, this is your horse saying “oh yeah, letting that tension go”

 

Next, if you find yourself thinking about the A$$hole that cut you off, if anything disturbs your ZEN state of mind, just slow down.

Release your agenda, kick back and try breathing. 

Return to bliss ocean and return to your horse.
